Second quarter Noblesville Real Estate stats show a total of 303 homes sold in Q2/2010 versus 235 homes sold in Q2/2009 – a 29% increase. Certainly the extended First Time Home Buyers $8000 Tax Credit and the $6500 Repeat Home Buyers Tax Credit had a lot to do with the increase. Home purchases
