Wintercove Neighborhood in Fishers

Knowing the best neighborhoods in Fishers can make finding the perfect home for sale in Fishers for you easier! Wintercove might be the one. It is tucked away just off of Allisonville Road between 106th and 116th on the East side of the Road.

Wintercove in Fishers It is a small neighborhood of only 68 homes but they are all custom built. Most were built in the early 2000′s making the landscaping beautiful and mature. The neighborhood is nearby to Bluestone, also a popular area. It is convenient to the popular Sahm’s Restaurant as well as banking, grocery stores and other restaurants.

Since January 1, 2010 6 have sold; only one with a basement. Most of the homes are at least 2500 sq ft with many over 3,000. Most of the homes have at least four bedrooms and three full baths. They typically sell in less than 90 days and price varies greatly depending on the size of the home. You can expect to pay more than $350,000 on average and may go as high as $575,000.

There are two currently pended; one for $547,900 with 3,445 sq ft plus 1,534 in basement and another for $417,000 with 2,473 sq ft plus the same in a basement. Both of these pended quickly (less than 90 days).

There is one of the market currently that has six bedrooms and five full baths! It is listed for $485,000 and does have a finished basement.

As we look at absorption rate which defines how well a neighborhood sells…Wintercove is one of the best neighborhoods in Fishers. There have been six that have sold/pend since 7/1/10 so that is one every two months. There is one listed making the absorption rate 60 days…who wouldn’t want to sell their home in 60 days or less!
