Before welcoming in December, I wanted to wish you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are all with your family or friends on this, my most favorite, of holidays! As we discuss every month, there is so many reasons to buy a home in Fishers, from great schools to low crime rate, and so many more. If that wasn’t enough, there are so many fun, family-friendly events in Fishers! Here’s a comphrensive look at Fishers December Events!
From December 1st-December 15th, visit Fishers Town Hall to deliver your little (or not-so-little) ones, letters to Santa! Drop off your letter to Santa with a self-addressed stamp and Santa will personally write back!
On December 5th, head to Nickel Plate District for the beloved Fishers tradition, Celebration of Lights! Lauren Lowrey with Ashton Wolf, Fishers High School Choir, and Santa (!) come to the stage to delight it’s audience! Santa will be ready The Night Before Christmas!
December 5th-7th and 12th-14th, hop aboard the Polar Bear Express Train! This wildly popular event (which sells out every year) is an absolute must!
Looking to getaway for the day? Maybe get some Christmas shopping in? Join us at Billericay Park for a day trip to Chicago on December 6th!
December 10th-11th, Santa is making another special stop in Fishers so your family can take Pictures with Santa! This is a free event, so skip the mall and head to Fishers Town Hall! Plus, if the pictures don’t turn out quite like you were hoping, all is not lost! Use the hashtag #FishersSanta to enter to win a free family portrait session courtesy of Goldberg Photography!
On December 16th, go to Billericay Park for the Candy Cane Hunt! Join Santa (man he really gets around!) and his elves for a candy hunt, hot cocoa and crafts!
December 27th features a really fun activity for your family! On the Take Santa Home Train, your children will be able to ask Santa if he liked those cookies you left for him and to say thanks for all of the gifts and blessings they received under the tree and in their stockings!
