In December 2015, the average DOM was 73 days (with the longest being 416) and in December 2014, the average DOM was also 77 days (with the longest being 317)!
The most popular neighborhoods in Fishers were; Anderson Hall (3), Avalon of Fishers (7), Belmont Place (4), Knoll @ Thorpe Creek (3), Limestone Springs (5) and Sunblest Farms (4). The average size of the home sold this month was four bedrooms, two and a half bath and about 2,400 sq. ft.!
