In July 2015, the average price per sq. ft. was $109 and in July 2014, it was $105. The average days on market went down! In July 2015, the average DOM was 46 days (longest being 414)! In July 2014, the average days on market was 62 (longest being 491). The average list price vs. sell price went up too! In July 2015, the sale price was 97.72% of list price and July 2014, the sale price was 97.09% of list price. It is a great time to sell your home!
The most popular neighborhoods in Fishers were; Avalon of Fishers (12), Britton Ridge (6), Brooks Chase (6), Cumberland Woods (5), Eller Run (6), Limestone Springs (6), Marilyn Ridge (11), Sandstone Lakes (5) and Sunblest Farms (8). The average size of the home sold this month was four bedrooms, two and a half bath and about 2,300 sq. ft.!
In the Fishers luxury market, there were 12 homes sold over $500,000 in 2015, compared to 12 in 2014! The most luxurious home sold for $824,900 and is located in Talon Bluff!
