So far this year, the Fishers Real Estate Market has been hot, hot, hot. I am happy to report that that trend has continued in March! In March 2015, there were 173 homes sold, compared to 147 homes sold in March 2014! That’s an 15% increase! In most other categories, the Fishers Real Estate market is doing really well too! The average cost of homes sold in Fishers was $255,821 in March 2015. In March 2014, the average sales price was $248,222. That’s a 5% increase! The price per sq. ft. went up as well! In March 2015, the average price per sq. ft. was $105 and in March 2014, it was $100. The average days on market went down a little bit (always good news for sellers)! In March 2015, the average DOM was 71 days (with the longest being 347 days) and in March 2014, the average DOM was 74 days (with the longest being 314 days)! The average list price vs. sell price went down ever so slightly! In March 2015, the sale price was 97.2% of list price and March 2014, the sale price was 97.4% of list price. It is still a great time to sell your home!
The most popular neighborhoods in Fishers were; Avalon of Fishers (9), Britton Falls (3), Brooks Chase (3), Lakeside Green (4), Sun Blest Farms (9), and The Bristols (6). The average size of the home sold this month was four bedrooms, two and a half bath and about 2,300 sq. ft.!
In the Fishers luxury market, there were 11 homes sold over $500,000 in 2015, compared to 10 in 2014! The most luxurious home sold for $975,000 and located on Glen Vista Pl.! In the first quarter of 2015, the Fishers Real Estate Market is red hot. There were 401 homes sold this quarter, compared to the first quarter of 2014’s, 327. That’s a 19% increase! In almost every category, Fishers is doing great! The average sales price in 2015 was $208,000 compared to $206,000 in 2014. The average price per sq. ft. was $104 in 2015 compared to $102 in 2014. The average days on market stayed the same at 76 days. The average sales price v. list price was the only category that was down. In 2015, the average was 97.12% compared to 97.39% in 2015.
