In September 2015, the average DOM was 59 days and in September 2014, the average DOM was 64 days! The average list price vs. sell price was also up slightly! In September 2015, the sale price was 97.5% of list price and September 2014, the sale price was 97.26% of list price. It’s a great time to sell your home!
The most popular neighborhoods in Fishers were; Avalon of Fishers (4), Boulders (4), Britton Falls (5), Brooks Chase (5), Sunblest (10) and Westminster (4). The average size of the home sold this month was four bedrooms, two and a half bath and about 2,400 sq. ft.!

In the third quarter of 2015, the Fishers Real Estate Market held steady compared to last year. There were 601 homes sold this quarter, compared to the second quarter of 2014’s, 609. In every category, Fishers is doing great! The average sales price in 2015 was $278,685 compared to $270,842 in 2014. The average price per sq. ft. was $111 in 2015 compared to $108 in 2014. The average days on market went down. In 2015, the days on market was 52 days and in 2014 it was 60 days. The average sales price v. list price was up too! In 2015, the average was 97.5% compared to 97.32% in 2014.
