If I have said it once, I’ll say it again! One of the things I love most about selling real estate in Carmel (you know, besides the terrific school systems, safeness and sense of community), is that the town of Carmel is full of things to do. Whether you are young or old, married or single, Carmel has you covered! The Best Carmel Realtor has some highlights of May Events in Carmel!
In honor of the National Day of Prayer, Carmel is hosting “One Voice, United in Prayer” at noon on May 1st. This event is being held at City Hall Gazebo!

May 1st-May 11th, attend Carmel Community Players ‘Lost In Yonkers’. This play, won the 1991 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Play and follows Bella and her family as they navigate their new lives set in 1942. This is often referred to Neil Simon’s best work!
On May 1st and May 3rd head to Nickel Plate Arts Campus and create your very own piece of art! This class teaches you how to make Folded Book Art! If you haven’t seen what folded book art is, you must check it out! It is incredible!
On Saturday May 3rd, the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir Presents Britten War Requiem at the Palladium. The War Requiem is rarely performed, thus a must see and is being hailed as ‘a composition without equal’ and ‘vivid, challenging and stirring’.
The Indianapolis Children’s Museum is opening two new exhibits beginning on May 10th!
